Ole Miss still tends to have wealthier students especially the out of state ones. Those also tend to be much dumber/richer/hoter than miss state fans.

I didn’t mean to cause a shite storm. I just wanted to see which team has a larger fan base in the state of Mississippi and apparently it’s State.
From what I’ve read and seen first hand, Ole Miss has more fans outside of MS than state does.
Also, This narrative is true in every state with two big name teams. One is the snob and one is the redneck with an inferior complex.
1. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State
2. Alabama and Auburn
3. Ole Miss and State
4. Texas and Texas A&M (to a lesser extent)
5. South Carolina and Clemson
Any others I missed in the south?

I could actually see that being true. They attract a lot of out of state kids bc it’s easy to get into and affordable compared to other SEC schools. Academically they are not superior to Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Tennessee or even State.
I see nothing for them to believe they are above State. It’s all in their heads.

I know I’m a few pages to late but I would like to say the official truck of MSU students is a four door, Black z71 with mud tires and side toolboxes, with a bunch of bullshite farm equip in the truck bed.. also the truck is always dirty and usually parked on a curb on frat row

Much to many state fans dismay, it's also pretty popular in oxford. There are just more tahoes around to make is seem less obvious.
