Ok. So after the SEC released that affidavit, what punishments did Sankey give Alabama for playing Bediako, and what lawsuits did he file against Alabama?

The SEC wasn't a named defendant in this case either. Until they took an action that they didn't in the Bediako case.

By a judge, not the conference. Which is the key point here, selective enforcement by the conference.
If the judge doesn't lift the injunction, he plays the entire season, no harm, no foul.

Exactly, LSU hasn't even played anyone yet. They're just challenging.

Did they sue them? What about threaten to kick them out of the conference? How about program crippling penalties?
Not the same! Selective enforcement at its finest. And that’s why the SEC has no case. Any unbiased judge will rule in LSU’s favor.
LSU is action a massive position of power. Sankey was posturing and making a power grab knowing he didn’t have the power to actually enforce it. LSU called their bluff. Then after yesterday what he said under oath. He’s done.

I'm sure if we had continued to go about this like the Louisiana governor, the LSU administration, and the LSU head coach, we would've been threatened with punishment.
But we didn't.
Instead of worrying so much about Alabama, why don't you contact your own program and tell them to stop doing this before it goes to federal court, so it's not an issue anymore?

Yall went about playing him for 5 games after the SEC told you no. It took the SEC getting it overturned for yall to stop.
Our players are eligible just like Bediako was.

Honestly.
The Bediako case was drastically more flagrant yet the best the SEC could muster was an affidavit.
If someone can't see the differences, they're either willfully ignorant or just a simpleton. I'm not even arguing any bias against LSU by the SEC, but there's clearly a difference in reaction.

I guess talking football upsets you. My point is why argue a point about an Alabama basketball player getting to play until the court ruled he couldn’t. And find a better argument.

Nor did the NCAA tournament threaten to ban them. Nor did other state AG’s and school chancellor's act like asshats.

Alabama did go along with it until the injunction was overturned.
Why does LSU have to stop before these players have their injunction overturned?
