Huge combination of things have to happen to win one. Players, coaching, luck, ball has to bounce your way, injuries. Lot of factors. And there is only one a year. Very hard. Lot of great programs that deserve it don’t always win it

I dont thinks anyone disputes this.
That said, I cant see how its anything other than an underachievement that a school like A&M with all of its resources and "tradition" hasnt been able to pick up another title between 1939 and now.

Sumlin is a better coach than Jimbo. Jimbo ruined Florida State's football program. No reason to think he won't to the same to Aggy.

Fisher certainly isnt winning in the SEC anymore than Sumlin was. 4-4 seems to be the average for Aggie.
