this what happens with pretty much every main state university, so yeah. but then you post this
quote:

Not to mention that a large proportion of the UGA student body is made up of kids from the N Atlanta private schools.

When Georgia has to travel to that rusty old dump we outnumber them in their own stadium.

they dont attend the UGA games, because they dont like your fans. They would rather sell their tickets and not attend. Its pretty crazy, but its what they do. They attend most of the other games though. hard part for them is they usually play a weeknight game or two a season at home as well

Gee,must be the exact same reason why Clemson fans come close to outdrawing them or why FSU fans outdrew them (when they were rolling in the 90's)Hell,did you see how many GEORGIA SOUTHERN fans were there in 2014? At least 40%

Look at the place when they play Pittsburgh,BC or even UNC.They still can't draw sellouts or even close and these games are on Saturday.LMAO about your idiotic Thursday Nt theory.

Do you not realize they used sell a seperate season ticket "package" that included the UGA game along with 2 other shitty games?Wonder why they did that?

Well that's not true. I mean, I'm sure they don't like the fans, but I went to a GT/WF game a few years ago and the stadium was half empty. GT just does not support their football team. If you listen to some of their promotions...seems like they had one that gave away some hotdogs and a ticket for less than $5 or something like that.

I’ve sat in several alumni sections around the stadium and that’s the pretty much what I hear every time from everyone who are ticket holders. Also friends with one the more famous names in football family. Sit with them a lot as well same from them. I would have thought they went to all games but nope.

They don’t have a large local alumni base or fan base in general.

I’ve always referred to tech fans as pussies in jest but this is unequivocally the most sopping wet, trembling vagina-like behavior I can imagine. You mean to tell me they forfeit any home field advantage they might have all out of disdain for the opposing fans???

Holy shite, we’ve crossed the rubicon. Tech cannot be saved.

I know, right? They play in the same conference as that school LSU paid to come to Red Stick a couple of years ago and beat their arse on homecoming...the name of that school escapes me at the moment, though.

What program had the most wins in the Georgia Dome? Sure as hell wasn't Georgia or Georgia Tech. That should give you your answer.

Georgia State won more college football games in the Ga Dome than did anyone else.

GT draws a lot of fans to come out for most of their other games?

Whatever...You could roll them in shite and they wouldn't draw flies.

Why? Unless you mean the Falcons..if it’s a college, GA State won 14 games there

What? that they don't go to the games because they hate Georgia fans? That is what you said, or did I misunderstand?

GT does not. That is true, which is more the reason they fail to support their team. Whether people like to admit it or not....if they do not go to a major sports school, they typically pick their team based upon how good that team typically is. GT isn't good enough most years to attract a large sidewalk fanbase.

Most of the non GT grads I know are fans because a relative went there. I can't think of a single one that just grew up a fan.

Probably some local high schools with more game than the Bumbles.

The late Lewis Grizzard once wrote about GTs total obsession with UGA. They think about UGA each and every day of their lives. UGA thinks about GT the
Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Kinda seems like you're thinking about them an awful lot?

Georgia State played in the Dome for several years. I don't know how many games they won there, but it was probably more than Alabama has. Georgia State has won 29 games in their existence, and the vast majority of those would have come at the Dome.

Georgia State has their own stadium now.

Can't be certain, though, because Alabama has been to the Dome so much.

Was a football program in downtown Atlanta not one of the teams referenced in that score?
