You're ok with just winning 10-11 games? That's why LSU is LSU.

Really? That's why?

Yes, winning 11 games a season is a pretty good thing.

Alabama is Nick Saban. That is it and that is all. Congrats.

LSU is just fine.

And no, I am not "ok" with it. I want LSU to win every game. But, I am not going to call the season a failure if LSU doesn't win every game. That is just stupid.

I'm pretty sure that you're incorrect on this. Bama was winning 10-11 games a year long before Nick and when the seasons were shorter.

Losses to OM, Alabama, and Auburn. Win in bowl to get to 10. Solid season for LSU

Ok. So Saban just came in and continued the success. Sure.

The previous 25 years before Saban came saw a few good seasons here and there - only 2 great seasons. Alabama is one of the better programs in college football, but the current run is because of Saban. Congratulations. Enjoy it. He is a top 5 coach in college football history.

I am responding to "that's why LSU is LSU" over me saying that a 10-11 win season is basically the floor of what we should expect from LSU each year as though that is a bad thing.

But it is bookmarked for when A&M beats you at Kyle Field to cement your 7-5 season.

There's a perfectly good soccer board for this sort of thing.

Why would LSU lose to Ole Miss in Tiger Stadium after losing to them last year? LSU would not have lost without the 3 INTs and almost won anyway. You have no real reason other than your own hype.

Auburn has beaten LSU once since 2006 and that was with Cam Newton. LSU's defense will be ready for Gus Malzahn and LSU is the best team in the country at stopping that kind of offense.

LSU vs. Alabama in Tiger Stadium late in the year? I am pretty confident about that game too. This will be a 2010 type of scenario.

Will LSU win all of these games? Probably not. But, there is not a single game on the schedule that I look at and think that LSU won't win it. I am sure that they will stumble somewhere along the way, but I will be surprised by it and probably think that they should have won.

The previous 25 years was pretty much a Bama shitshow with our revolving door of substandard HCs, sans Stallings. Hell, even Curry and Dubose had double digit win seasons.

We don't define ourselves base on a specific timeframe like some of you do to, you know...validate the success of your respective programs.

If you are this mad about people thinking LSU wont win 10 or 11 games, what will you say or do if that comes to fruition? I hope you don't hurt yourself or someone else
