Agreed. They probably just need some lessons from the A&M "Yell Leaders".
Couldn’t hurt.

Not sure what’s confusing about my statement.
You pulled up one year’s of a “director cup.”
Yes. The Director's Cup tells us exactly where each overall athletic department is for that year. Are you saying we would swap places for LSU's PAST performances? Yes, then. But right now at this moment? No.
Would i trade Georgia's PAST football history for Alabama's? Yes, absolutely. Would i trade it for what is happening right now? No.

Compare all programs across the big 3. LSU has 12 natties since WW2, including 2/3 in baseball and the GOAT football team in 2019. A&M has 0. Any other programs with natties like that?
Two things worng with what you are saying now. You are wanting to compare LSU to Texas A&M right now, when the post I responded to said: Yet essentially every SEC program would swap spots with LSU as an athletic program
Key words...."every SEC program would swap spots with LSU"....
Right now...this year, I can name 10 programs that would not want to swap places with LSU. If you want to talk about past results, yes. Many would trade. Texas and Florida might be the exceptions.
This entire thread is talking about LSU THIS year, so.....

2016 for the Hogs, the one season DVH has missed the postseason. Hoops finished unranked despite 2nd rd NCAAT and football was 7-6 under Bert.

While I was watching the game yesterday, I noticed y'all still have not changed the name of "Tiger Stadium" to "Kyle Field East" yet. What's up with that?
Are you going to fire your baseball coach today?

I don’t know about that. I would need more evidence.

There is no big 3. Just a big 1 (football) followed by a little 1 (basketball).

Congrats to Geogia for being ranked in baseball.

2 of 3 sports haven't even started for 2026.
It's okay. It's still a remarkable achievement even if not within the calendar year. It's like a Tiger Slam. No pun intended.

Because you've won 1 game there in the 21st century?

Longest active streak in the SEC of finishing ranked in at least one of those 3 sports?
Alabama...by a mile. According to AI.
The big 1

Aggie wins one game in 30 years and thinks we should change the name

Well no, he has double the natties of your program, all time.
