Ill put something together but my conspiracy theory threads don't usually make it past page 2 there, if that. Not much does anymore these days though.

it's over man. I can't go back there. That little core of posters from 5 ish years ago has dispersed. All the inside jokes, shenanigans and silliness and conspiracies and IRLing I miss. What's left is all corporate and mainstream brah

If we commit to it maybe it can become something again. I miss those days 4-5 years ago. I wouldn't even read the Rant, I was exclusively an OTBaller. What was can be again.

This thread reminds me of what that board used to be. All the banter and retardation of the rant, but all in good fun and about any number of stupid topics.

It's over man.

Time will ease your pain. Life's about change. Nothing ever stays the same. How can I help you to say goodbye?

I try to keep it real over there still. Had a thread on Planet Nibiru, the Anunnaki, and the ancient Sumerians a few weeks ago. Not many people want to have fun on there anymore though. IM threads are dead, last time I saw one it was just pioneer by himself

You can't. Reddit is lame white washed puns and I'm not autistic enough for the Chans. I need the OTB.

I went back a while ago and tried to be my weird self. It didn't take. There was resistance from normies. Who are these people? Why are they so inside the box? Where am I? What has happened to my OTB.

Aside from us just getting older and moving on to other things in our lives, I have some theories about who is to blame ;)

Before, he won't announce it right after winning a bowl game, will put months of thought into the decision

Why do grown up Bama fans call Nick Saban "Coach Saban"...?

Why do you call your doctor, "Doctor"?...your preacher, Pastor" or "Father"?
Your question says alot about YOU.

That would be a good point if Nick Saban was ever your coach. What has Saban ever coached you in?

OP would say "daddy"

Also, its a litte rude of y'all to derail this thread when nobody has been talking about Saban since page 1

He retires and hands the keys over to Rich Rod. The circle is complete.

what an asinine post! You call ALL doctors, "Doctor"...same with preachers. Hell, I know coaches at every level and call them all coach unless they're personal friends....learn some respect and manners, junior.

I don't think dying on the field at age 132 is considered retiring.

He won't announce it until after his last game. Probably on Christmas morning at that.

Always wonder if he would consider an AD role at some point. I think he would probably be a good one but with the money he is making now he probably doesn't want that hassle, probably goes into a TV role.

The SEC might be competitive again once he does step down.

No one will have or maintain control over a program like he's done.

Depends on why. If Emmert retires then before the season. If a scandal during the season.
