No pressure on BK at LSU now at all. NO must need wins. LSU Football was in such bad shape post-EdO that all BK needs to do is change the culture this year and recruit good players at every position. My prediction is that LSU will contend for the SEC title in 2024 and beyond.

He is a good coach and the team has improved every week. He has a lot of athletes on this team and will recruit some more.

This, been saying all along that I don’t see him being a long term cultural fit at LSU.

Too early, game 7 on are when you find out where teams really are. That said, he has a tough job with limited depth and still implementing his process. So far, high B or low A.

If you give him time, he will do well, if he can recruit.

I think Kelly needs this win bad against a top 10 team. I didn’t think we would be 5-2 so far, but I think that’s more of Auburn and Florida being down than anything. We aren’t great, but outside of special teams we are seeing improvement every week with this team and that’s due to coaching. We would smoke Florida St if we played this week imo. Tennessee was a mental disaster before the first offensive snap, yet it felt like we were still in the game until middle of the third quarter.

I think LSU fans need a reality check!

The main question is if he can really take LSU to elite championship levels. That will take time to answer.

Reasonable question, however, considering there were 2 national championships won by Les Miles and Ed Orgeron, I’m putting it all on BK to get LSU another one.

Why do you think this? To me that is very short-term thinking. Woodward in playing the long game.

We shouldn't win this game. I am hoping we play much better than we did against UT, but OM could still win even if we do play well.

I am very happy with the 5-2 and the improvement we have seen. This is still a flawed team that is very thin in areas. We are also very young at a lot of spots.

The man sent a kid up a rickety tower in a tornado that killed him, and then turned his back on God's team.
The Devil showed you what it will be like from the very first game, just to make you feel like 5-2 is a reason for hope and optimism before sucking all your souls down with Kelly

Ignorant statement. Kelly has the most wins in CFB out of all active coaches. I think he’s done ok for himself.

Year two is where you really know about Kelly or any new coach. First year has a lot of growing pains. The new car smells creates lots of buy in and effort. With that said you college kids learning a new system so there will be breakdowns. Don’t get hung up on the downs in year one. I think your in good hands in my opinion

I am not really sure what to think. After the win over the Gators I looked up the Gator Defensive stats…..and they are nearly as bad on D as Ole Miss was under Luke (like ranked in the 100s in all the major Defensive statistics).

No opinion. He can coach. I knew that. Can he recruit well enough to compete year in and year out with Bama and then win the conference? I don't know. That's the q that has to be answered.

I felt he'd struggle in his first year. Most do.
