You can only vote for 3 people on a Heisman ballot. Why do all of your ballots have 5 names?

1. Richardson (homer pick, but whatever)
2. Griffin
3. Ball

I think Monte Ball is great, but one of the main arguments on this board all season against Trent was that any good back could run behind Bama's line.

What does Wisconsin have better than any team in the country? Ding..Ding an offensive line. Also of his 32 rushing TDs 20 were 6 yds or less with 10 being 1 yard runs. This was also used on this board against Trent. He also played one more game then Trent.

Hey the guy is a very good runner, but all of the things this board used to downplay Trent apply probably more to Ball. I have no problem with both being in New York.

I realize this, just throwing in the other 2 guys going to NYC too since they earned the trip.

Are you saying Wisconsin's OL is significantly better than Alabama's? That would be your only argument here.

I think everyone in the country has said all year that Wisconsin has probably the best offensive line in the country. It is the reason Wilson chose them over Auburn. It is their defense that lost them their two games.

I'll ask once again...

Better yes but not significantly better. Both backs are great, but imo, which like all on this board means nothing, if you put Trent on their team against the defenses they played and Ball on our team against the defenses we played, Trent would have the better numbers 10 out of 10 times.

No offense, but with the massive SEC bias that we all seem to have, it is understandable that the SEC draws in the best athletes correct?

If that is true, right off the bat, Ball isn't as good as TR and the players he has faced on the defensive side of the ball aren't as good as the SEC defenders, but the fact that he isn't as good of an athlete puts him on even ground with TR, as far as opponents go. You gave your opinion, I gave mine.

In no way am I saying that TR isn't the best RB in the country. He clearly is. The Heisman isn't for the best player though. It is for the player who has had the greatest impact on his team and I believe that is Ball, with RGIII coming in close 2nd, and TR coming in 3rd.

You guys have playmakers besides TR. Ball and RGIII are the only playmakers on those teams.
