Did you graduate there? What year? I was 04.

I did. C/o ‘98

I think I'm going to go to my first Airline game since I graduated in 04. I've always casually followed them since I graduated but just for whatever reason never went to a game. Their offense is seems to be legitimately good enough to make a run this year. I'll probably curse them

This is by far the most explosive offense I’ve ever seen at Airline in 30+ years of watching them. Ben, Kenny, and Jarvis are absolute studs.

I don't see anyone stopping this offense. Having said that, the defense is very exploitable and I don't realistically see us getting past the semis because of it.
I can tell you watching him just about every Friday night that this kid is special. Every team Airline plays has him bracketed with double coverage and he still comes down with the ball way more often than not. He can high-point the ball beautifully, he can be shifty when he needs. The kid is awesome. Great pick up!

Ditch the oil in your recipe and use beef tallow or lard.

I tried oil, butter, shortening, and lard and the times I used lard they came out way better. Like night and day better

Typically flour tortillas are not made with a press, but stretched by hand slowly or rolling pin. The gluten in flour causes it to spring back when pressed suddenly.

For corn tortillas - grab a bag of Maseca and follow the recipe on the back.

Edited: by no means let me prevent you from trying flour tortillas with a press. Just be prepared they won't come out as thin as you'd probably like.

This. My flour tortillas kept coming out like flatbread when I used a press. Started using a rolling pin and they've been perfect ever since

Just get the cheap beef and marinate it in lime juice and spices for a couple of hours... But no more than a couple of hours..

This. I made this mistake a few years ago and marinated the skirt steak in fresh squeezed lime juice for 7 or 8 hours. Almost inedible due to how tart they were. My wife playfully jokes about these as my "Atomic Warhead" fajitas.

GLENDALE, Ariz. — In the NFL, there is no greater myth than halftime adjustments, according to Peyton Manning. The legendary quarterback has made it clear that players have just enough time to sit and sip some water before they have to get back out on the field.

But there's one exception: the Super Bowl.

Halftime in the Super Bowl is 29 minutes — more than double the 13-minute halftime in the regular season. That gives each team a real chance to control their emotions and make schematic adjustments.

That's, in part, how the Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LVII 38-35 over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
