Ole Miss fans literally threw trash onto their own field during a game last season. The “classy” act is a cheap facade.

Yeah but they know they’re trash and they own it. Big difference.

I would IMMEDIATELY put girl cheerleaders at Kyle field and REMOVE yell leaders from all sports events except football.

Hmmm as far as actual building stuff I am a music alumnus...UGA has had strong choirs and performance halls for a long time now but has been missing a pipe organ. We did organ pieces while I was there, but it was always a field trip to some fancy arse churches in Atlanta when we performed. An organ is $$$ and would be a massive cherry on top of an already spoiled program though.

The rampant luxury apartment gentrification of downtown. It wasn't as bad 10 years ago but nowadays damn son

As far as the fanbase:

UGA fans have a lot of small dong/small "dawg" syndrome. I wish we would just chill tf out and enjoy our place as a great member of this great conference.

A&M needs to cut its enrollment in half.

Too many students there - cheapens the degree.

ULM really needs to drop down to the FCS level. Backing perrenial losers is a tough row to hoe year after year.

I wish we would renovate the stadium to have first class seating for every seat.

An independent chair with cup holder.
No more hot aluminum bench seating.

Also, quit having entire Octobers without a home football game.

As far as the actual university itself, there is not a single thing that I would change.

As far as the fanbase/culture goes, UGA fans are insecure. People do not want to hear it, but it's true. It has gotten a bit better in some ways since we won the title, and in some ways worse. A lot of UGA fans want people and fans from other schools to tell us how great we are.

The setup of our Board of Trustees.

Its political in that several spots are awards to winners of political elections. We end up with people on the board who do not care about the University itself, let alone athletics. Its a cluster

why? the state of our athletic department as a whole is really good.

Tanner gave out two bad extensions, with the one to Martin being understandable. Since then he has not only kept the good coaches we have, but hired Lamont Paris.

I get it...football wasnt great last year, for roughly 106 out of 131 schools, it isnt going to be considered great. The two before were pretty solid and enjoyable.

10 of our 13 Winter/spring sports are ranked. Thats incredible.

Only thing I'd change (going back more than 100 years) is to position the campus in East Austin so it would have had room to expand further. We're to the point now of facing the decision of demolishing a building on the historical register or not expand our football facilities.

Can't do anything about Austin losing some of its Bohemian charm, but wish I could turn back the clock about 20 years to where it was still a good mix of the old Austin and the new money/infrastructure coming in.
