Mississippi is the only State where that war is actually waged once a year.
Several states in the south reenact their part of the civil war. You are not special.

Yeah, the only reason I put Ole Miss/Mississippi State above Alabama/Tennessee is because they are in the same state.

So why isn't it a rivalry game? Tell me? You can't just keep saying "It's not a rivalry" and make it true.
Because each side is trying to pretend its just another game and they are indifferent about the opponent.
I want the game moved back to Fayettnam, I like our record against you there.

XIV is actually brilliant.
He's just jealous..

State fans for you.
Doesn't change the fact that you're wrong, though.

There isn't a school in the conference that hates a team more than Mississippi State hates Ole Miss. The teams generally play their best game of the year, regardless of the team quality.
Bammer vs Auburn is tops. If for no other reason, than we have more people involved.

I'm not arguing with that at all.
Auburn/Bama is top 2 or 3 in all of College football.
I'm arguing about whether or not the Egg bowl is better than any of LSU's "rivalries"

I'll have to remind you that Ole Miss has won 9 games the past two seasons. We gained Bowl Eligibility against Auburn and Tennessee.

No because that post you made was just plain retarded.

I'd put it at 2 or 3, slightly behind Ohio State and Michigan and possibly Texas and Oklahoma.

But neither are between two schools from the same state, so not a rivalry.
The obvious answer is USC/UCLA because they are from the same town.

Did you increase your daily bourbon income to the point you completely blacked out and have yet to recall the 7 or so hours that composed the LSU/Miss games during this same time frame?

Texas and Oklahoma.

My favorite parts of those two seasons were taking massive dumps on LSU's face.
But I'm an Ole Miss fan, so ya know.

Texas and Oklahoma have nothing on Auburn and Alabama. Its still in the top 3, but I feel that Ohio State/Michigan and Auburn/Alabama are both far more intense rivalry games.
