Bama, UF, and Arky don't hate LSU, that's not even close to a rivalry. Especially since UF has UGA/FSU/UT and Bama has AU.

Honestly, if there's any kind of event, and nobody outside the state of Mississippi gives a damn about it, it isn't a big deal. The Egg Bowl, as a rivalry, is only as good as its two combatants. It has involved two winning teams six times since I've been born (1980)--that's a dud of a rivalry.

The other team was trying to become bowl eligible. Real rivalries usually have something big at stake for both teams.
Remember how six of seven SECW representatives came out of the LSU/Arkansas game? That kind of thing.
If you're in the SEC, and you play your biggest rival on JPSports, it's a shitty rivalry that nobody gives a crap about.

Sure. That argument can be made, but you posted three LSU rivalries that aren't real rivalries. The Arkansas game is a fabricated rivalry that came to be when the SEC added SC and Arkansas. It was created so that Arkansas would have an SEC rival.
LSU and UF are not historical rivals. LSU is Florida's third rival. Again, a rivalry forged from the conference expansion in 1992.
LSU and Bama is the saban bowl. There wasn't a rivalry before Saban and you are their third most hated rival.
So yeah, stop naming fake rivalries and I won't throw the egg bowl at you.
