Sandstorm is on the equivalent of rocky top.
I have never experienced cowbells outside of a high school sporting event environment. I do find it ironic that Miss St is the only program "permitted" to use artificial sound makers in the stands. But the SEC is very cognizent to traditions as a part of the franchise.

Whistler, if anybody says anything different then they have never experienced this.
What makes it especially stupid is that it has nothing to do with a Vandy tradition.. it's not a fight song, a cheer, something that their fans do together.. and it doesn't even relate to the sport/baseball. There basically is nobody that does this on the planet for any sport.
It's 1 guy, 1 mentally unstable guy that ruins the game for both home and opposing fans just to draw attention to himself. The only reason why he hasn't gotten his teeth kicked in is because generally speaking people in the South are hospitable. If he followed Vandy to say Maryland and did that in their stadium chances are he wouldn't leave the parking lot alive.
