I honestly don't think I would be able to support LSU as an institution if I knew there were high ups in the program doing things the way that some are accused.

Just curious to know what everyone else's thoughts would be.

you can't abandon your school but you most certainly can despise your administration

It's not like the players had anything to do with it. I'd want everyone from top to bottom gone from administration of course. Clean house and move on

I would still support the players and the school. I would want the entire coaching staff and administration gone immediately though.

Yeah I guess that is really all you can do. Just is sick to think about how something like that can even happen.

JoePa went from hero to POS pretty quick, and he can only blame himself. I bet he's dead within the year, old dude will have a depressing end

Support the school as they fired everyone from top to bottom that had any knowledge what so ever of this.

It blows my mind that this sort of thing could happen the way this did. I mean, it's crazy to just hear about child rape. But it happening so much, at at a college is CRAZY. And a college like PSU! I can't think of any other scenario that has ever or will ever top this. And I know it's all over the news but it seems like people aren't realizing how ridiculous this really is.

If Michael Adams knew about something like this and did nothing, he'd be lynched. Straight up.

Clean house, top to bottom president, AD,
Coach and on down to whoever knew enough about it to do ANYTHING about it. Let the players decide to stay or leave. Do whatever to help the victims, and start supporting programs against child molestation and educating people to be responsible and make a stand in these situations.

I've been busy today and haven't had a chance to watch the news or read up on it, but what is the story? I know that one of the coaches was involved with child molestation but what was JoePa's involvement? I always thought of him as a good man and find it hard to believe he knew about any of this beforehand and didn't do something about it.

I hate to think he did anything wrong, but they said in that coaches tenure at psu, there were what, 8 different accounts of this happening? Its hard to imagine no one knew what was going on.

deltaland, go to the MSB, there is a few links on there to get all the details. But in short PSU coach molested young children for close to 20 years and MANY parties knew about what was going on and nothing was done until last December. Its a sad day when you realize shite like this happens.

Food for thought.

When Miami played Penn State, Penn State was the real bad guy.

i bleed purple and gold i dont know how i would react but i think i am leaning more towards this ^ its not just what happened but how it was handled how terrible is your moral compass when protecting your schools image is higher on your priority list than protecting children i have lost all respect for penn st.

some good points on radio were made. This was the single most important event in their lives and they all botched it. Joe pa had to have knowledge of this back in 99 when sanduscky resigned. seriuosly wtf?

ur talking about kids in their 20s now that dreamed of going to penn state, and instead they get molested and raped.
