BAMA fans should be fine. Alabama has had MANY rough game 2's under Saban over the years. BAMA will be fine.

That board has been a mess for quite some time.

BAMA never stopped moving the ball for 4 quarters. BAMA lost about 200 yards of offense with penalties, not counting the actual markoff. They also lost about 3 TDs that went with it. The 4th quarter is what happens when you score on big plays and they don't throw flags.

This is so obvious, but it's appropriate to say here. Penalties are penalties because the thing you did that was illegal gave you an unfair advantage on the play in the estimation of the rule makers (unless it's a personal foul or safety type rule.) It may not be a coincidence that Alabama struggled offensively for much of the game on plays they weren't penalized.

except there were quite a few that were not only questionable, but ones that even if you deemed it a penalty, it's effect on the play was insignificant

that being said, one VDM and Formby are replaced, I expect the offense to be humming again similar to how it did in the last 10min of the game

Kentucky, Auburn, and Mississippi State. Just a set of dismal performances.

I actually think Arkansas has cause for optimism based on this past weekend.

I was watching the Tennessee game much more closely so I can't dispute what you are saying, but I can only surmise that you are insinuating that the refs were waiting to see how successful the play was before throwing a phantom flag. That seems hard to believe.

It has to be Arkansas followed by Auburn right?

NON-TROLL ANSWER:

I don't think so at all. As someone who works and talks to Hog fans on a regular basis, they all thought they were going to be improved this year (which they drastically are). Some thought the OSU game would be bloodbath and give them PTSD from last year.

That being said, I think the future is bright for the Hogs. Taylen Green is legit, and he is going to be scary AF in a Petrino ran offense. He will play on Sundays.

**Please enjoy this unusal non-troll response from me.

Someone had a list from a site that ranked the most miserable fans earlier this year.

Arkansas was top 5.

Bama receivers had trouble getting open with the USF DB's grabbing handfuls of their jerseys every play. Seemed like an unfair advantage when the replays were shown and there was no penalty.

I really don’t think your fanbase foresaw getting shut down by California.

Alabama fans seem quite subdued this week, and the Florida trolls that usually follow UT fans around seem suspiciously absent.

SidewalkLicker accuses me of starting 40 threads about LSU. WhiskeyRiverSubstitute accuses me of being subdued.

Perception truly is reality.

OU fans.

Seeing the team’s offensive struggles really brought things to reality for some.

Expelliramus, loser. We know we have work to do. Your fan base is more insecure and begging for attention than fAggy.

Courtesy of 3 late touchdowns against a gassed defense who gave up after the first one when they realized the offense had no chance of overcoming a 2 score deficit.

Better be glad they weren't playing Texas or Georgia, the score would have been about 42-16 the other way.

I am just certain there are not any LSU fans there stirring shite up.

At least on the sec rant you know everyone is full of shite.
