Listening to all the whining when the whorns down is flashed everywhere you go and to all the excuses when you realize road games in the SEC are not K Sate, Baylor and TCU.

The most common answers will be:

1) Visiting the amazing city of Austin.
2) Having the privilege of playing and losing to the Longhorns.
3) All of the money your university will be paid because of our presence.

Looking forward to it y'all!

Hook em!

Some of the responses in your thread seem bitter and harsh.

We aren't all like that.

Welcome to The Rant.

You just don't get it. This conference was built on "us vs everybody else" the money flows because the product is proven. You have not proven anything yet in this world.

I look forward to observing the dynamics of the ongoing sick relationship between the longhorns and aggies.

When Arky joined I started cooking Boston Butts when my team is playing them. I have done this most years, and the turnout is good because the food is good. So I was thinking maybe brisket for UTx, games, but I could do steaks, such as ribeye my favorite. Or I could do a prime rib. So, when Texas joins and they are playing my team, I am most looking forward to the beef dishes I will make.

When I went to the beatdown Matt Jones put on them years ago, some friends we knew there invited us to a tailgate they had been invited to. They had roasted a pig and had the head hanging up on a flagpole. Most of them were obnoxious AF and keep apologizing in advance for what the Whorns were going to do to us. So I ate some pork with them and blew it off. After the W, we went straight to the tailgate and they had already packed up early and left so we didn't get to rub it in. They were just as bad at the Cotton Bowl in 00 and just sulk and pout after they lose.

I'm looking forward to putting that look on their faces for the rest of my life.

Imagine when the Texas girls get to see real men instead of Aggies and the Austin hipster crowd.

Hoping LSU can win on more SEC championship/national championship before you worthless frickers kill the conference.

I still can't believe this is happening. Every conference you losers touch goes to shite. All that longwhorn money will eventually bend the conference to your will and the founding members will leave.

SWC died because a conference composed of schools from a single state wasn’t viable in the TV era. Also all the rampant cheating.

Big 12 died because Nebraska left and everyone else started looking around too. Though you could argue Texas was at fault here because the Huskers couldn’t stomach being 1-9 against us. Sorry not sorry.

Don’t believe the Aggie propaganda.

That's because they're the same person, trying their hardest to make it look like they're not.

Instead it only makes it more obvious

Nothing, a real SEC school would have paid the money and played starting last year.

That is like saying the Barbarians sacked Rome and it fell but neglecting the 50 to 100 years before of corruption and bad behavior by the wealthy to allow the Barbarians to sack it.

B12 was mostly Big 8 schools so moving the HQ from the Big 8 footprint to the SWC footprint was pretty crappy.

Eventually it'll be "SEC died because we let Texas in".

I feel like I'm literally watching a car crash in slow motion.
