Doesn't matter. Bigger ? is Sumlin.

I bet he is canned after this year. "rebuilding" year after 8-5.

Depressing Aggie football.

These clowns thought they could change conferences to win

Don't they know
Quitters never win
Winners never quit

There will be a Private auction held in Austin for UT's allegiance to a conference

From what I heard it may cost a conference 50 million for their services

UT has killed two conferences now. You really think anybody else wants them? There is a reason Aggie is in the sec and UT is in a dying conference that has not had a playoff berth yet.

UT was the third best team in Texas last year.

And hired a coach that pulled in a pathetic recruiting class

Let me inform you of a little secret

UT has more to offer then just football

Winning at football is nice and the university takes the sport very serious but at the end of the day

We are still the University of Texas and no other university can say that

Do you know anything about college baseball
UT has had 4 coaches in the last 80 years and 3 are hall of fame coaches because of what they did in Austin and the fourth is working his way there starting this year. UT is the preeminent baseball program in the sport

Shaka has a talented roster with young players. He has one more year to prove himself in Austin.
Can any other university claim 2 of the top 10 NBA players. Maybe Kentucky in Cousins and AD but I doubt Cousins is considered top 10

All that history sure helped the athletic programs the last few years.

That whole staff is getting shite-canned at the end of this upcoming season unless Sumlin can pull a miracle out of his hat.

UT sports are a joke now. Nobody cares about Vince Young from over a decade ago. Nobody cares about your last baseball ship over a decade ago. Nobody cares that your last Final Four appearance was well over a decade ago.

All 3 of your big sports are a joke now. Your football team sucks. Your basketball team sucks. Your baseball team sucks.

The honest fact about John Chavis is that he's the best DC we've had in twenty years. While it is true that his best days may be behind him and that he may no longer be considered an "elite" DC, he is a substantial upgrade from what we had. And I'm glad we have him.

You can troll all you want, but this is an undisputable fact.

New tu Student Body President

It also looks like y'all have a new "hall of fame" worthy student body President.

quote:

The Guzman-Wolf campaign ran on a platform of representation, advocacy and empowerment with the slogan “RALLY,” or “Representing All Longhorns Like You.” The pair plan to work directly with student leaders on campus initiatives, integrate the Multicultural Engagement Center and the Gender and Sexuality Center, add handicap-accessible vans to SURE Walk, provide guarantor forms for undocumented students in off-campus apartment buildings and to revive the non-conference Texas A&M-UT football game for 2025.

If this girl was a lesbian y'all would have hit the SJW jackpot.

BTW, why does she want to renew the A&M/tu football game for just 2025? Why not annually? Strange. But then again, y'all are strange.

Do you remember who you played in ththe championship series to win in Omaha in 2009

Yes the university who has been given permanent Omaha hotel rooms

Actually UT's athletic department is as strong as ever.
Across the scope of college athletes you find the University of Texas towards the top in every sport
