Ideally it's a playoff birth and a run, but I don't think we're there yet. Realistically, 9+ wins and continued improvement.
How fricking long is gonna take then? Put up or shut up for Billy this year.

Floor: 6-6
Ceiling: 11-1
Likeliest scenario: 8-4

I got the 8-4 / 9-3 feelz. I hope I’m way off and will be honored to eat the crow.

Everyone seems to love your QB. Have you guys solved your o-line & WR issues?
OL looks to be improved and deeper with much better options available in terms of talent, and everybody is back healthy finally.
They seem improved so far, but I need to see it on Saturdays. Young guys thrown into the fire and getting their asses kicked all season last year had to have left a bad taste in their mouths.
We didn't have WR issues beyond all of the starters being injured and standing on the sidelines all season modeling athletic attire. The bad apples hit the portal so they won't be a problem this year.
Overall, we had a scheme issue. That shitty Briles offense we were running doesn't ask WRs to run routes and get open. It doesn't spread the ball around. Who the ball is being thrown to is determined pre-snap, and the rest of the WRs just serve as decoys. I expect the WR group to make a big jump this year just based upon scheme-change alone (if they stay healthy). "E.T." will be one to watch = Super-freshman.

I rather hope that the O-line play will improve such that QB1 isn't pulled for the backup after just 4 games.
Additionally it would be nice if the entire receiver corp doesn't succumb to injuries and are able to log more than a handful of plays total whilst "rehabbing" in advance of jumping to the portal at season's end.
As for W's and L's, I expect the coaching staff to turn things around and not end up with another losing record.

That out $10 Million dollar coach earns his money.

I suspect we will be much better. Good QB’s tend to make OL and receivers look better. I think it’s important to note that this is not a QB learning a new system as the OC came as well. Problems is the schedule is still brutal, so I think you could possibly have a better team with a similar record. Probably 8-5

Ceiling is 9-3 if Lagway stays healthy.
Floor is 3-9 because of Napier and if Lagway gets hurt.

I’m hoping for 4 wins for state. 5 would be amazing, 6 would mean our coach has a chance, but that seems like way more than we are currently capable of.

Beating the State of Alabama (again)

Finish higher than LSU for third straight year.

If our O-line is halfway decent, 9-3. We should have one of the top 2-3 defenses in the SEC

None.
I hope we win every game, but I don’t have expectations for things anymore.
