Prediction.
Arkansas is now surrounded by rivals.
Hogs don’t beat 3 out of the 5 every year we get a new coach.
80,000 seat stadium has to fill.

They’ve been hoping all week their home field advantage helps them beat big brother this weekend.
8-4, here they come!

Are you leaving out when teams would routinely drag their nuts over your face?
Those were the John Howard Blakenellenger years. And your tears were as delicious then as they were this season.
You are Nebraska 2.0. It doesn’t get better for you.

Years? He was there all of one.
The years you’re referring to lasted all of 5. Then we went on another 20 year run of embarrassing your little program on an annual basis.
Meanwhile, Aggie has continued their weird false confidence: acting like they have a winning pedigree with zero winning to back it up.
Nebraska 2.0 is tired. Get some original analysis. Hope for your sake we aren’t on your schedule in 2026. I imagine it will be more of the same.
77-0? That’d be fun. Couldve beaten you 100-0 but we were playing 8th graders halfway through the third quarter.

Years. Plural. You dipshits hired Howard Schnellenberger and after he promptly shite the bed you doubled down on stupid and hired Blake. For 3 years you were basically the conference fleshlight.
Speaking of tired. You beat Fran. Congrats. That idiot never even played football…at any level. Beating him is like beating a wet paper sack.

“I really respect OU and their great history, but I just can't see a big rivalry between them and LSU developing.
I hope rivalry week eventually returns to OU-OSU and LSU-Tulane. That makes much more sense to me.”
This above is the most sensible solution. This is RIVALRY WEEK. LSU & OK are great programs and games between them will be competitive and fun in the coming years. BUT IT IS NOT A RIVALRY. Period ! Exclamation Point.
And it will never rise to the stature of an instate rival that you have played many over the years.
Finally, though they have not played much recently, LSU-Tulane have played each other 98 times overall. Tulane is finally relevant again so that has the makings of a good & competitive game.

Agreed. Oklahoma should be playing Okie Lite. LSU should be playing Tulane. Just like South Carolina plays Clemson, and Georgia plays Tech.
This weekend should really be for the state teams to play for bragging rights, no matter the conferences.

Oil and gas are really the only things that the two states have in common. Therefore, we have the Oil and Gas Clash (colloquial referred to as the OG Bowl). The winner gets a rusty gas can. All brought to you by Chevron, of course.
