I'll say it again. The refs are why South Carolina jumped out in the 1st half anyway. Specifically several Florida drives were stalled by blatant frickery, and at least two USC drives were continued. But the announcers and everybody else hardly said peep. I'd say Florida were the ones that truly got the shaft because their win was seen as tainted. At least they were making plays.
But anyway, college and the NFL need a complete overhaul of officiating. It's gotten to the point of insanity.

While I want to agree with the writer, I cannot in good conscience do so with zero reference given to Alabama officiating.

All conspiracy theories aside, the fact that the SEC, the most lucrative conference in CFB can't get competent officiating is beyond belief.
It's pure negligence on the part of the SEC home office.

Nah, it isn't negligence.
It is all working out the way the Bama alum that run all of it want it to work out.
Now quit being a pussy and just shut up and watch.

Don't put yourself in a situation where the refs have to make a call to determine your outcome.

Easy for you to say. It's a lot easier to do that if you are NOT fighting the refs while trying to get to a point that the refs can't determine the outcome.

I always love this argument.
Team T makes stop to get the ball or scores a TD.
Corrupt officials make a call to take away the play.
Team X uses the corrupt calls to extend a drive and score, or stop the other team's drive.
Team T are a bunch of pussies for.....making the play they needed to make, only to have it overturned by corrupt refs. Therefore, Team T are pussies if they complain.
Wonderful logic.

Alabama gets more favorable calls than anyone in the SES.....and they get a great many No Calls.....especially in Tuscaloosa....it is awful the way the refs behave in Ttown and I suspect it will not change on Nov 9.

Yes - I couldn't believe it when Matt Austin gave that lame excuse for the no call on the Gator holding the Cock for about half the field. The held guy would have easily prevented the touchdown.

Most of you crybabies don't even know the damn rules. That was actually not an illegal hold. The announcer was right. If the defender would have tried to move in a different direction it could have then been a hold. His pursuit angle never changed and was definitely not altered.
Use his hands or arms to materially restrict an opponent or alter the defender’s path or angle of pursuit
Are refs any worse in the SEC than any other conference? In any other sport? Refs are just as bad in soccer, baseball, water polo. I was watching my kids peewee football game yesterday and the refs were just as bad.
The only logical solution is to bring in robots. Robots that are obviously programmed by Bama's robotics school.

Florida fans arguing that they weren't gifted points in our game because of penalties are pathetic. UF is the better team but SC was hosed yesterday.
