Oh I do not believe that is the case in the SEC. Out of conference games are different, as when one SEC team wins, it helps build up the conference's reputation. Inside the conference, we want destroy and humiliate each other.....that is a far cry to what you are thinking

If Bama can't get it done, and they won't if they don't feed 34# more so, I hope Georgia gets a title for their fans. Wish every fan base could experience a championship season, lots of young Georgia fans who've never seen Georgia win a National title.

That's the key part. A Cajun American can refer to another Cajun American as a coonass but non Cajun Americans can not.

Maybe my arse is chapped about LA losing in-State recruits. More so because its a team in our division and blueblood that gets all the love and all the breaks. LA has been producing the most NFL talent per capita since I was in elementary school and it hasnt paid any dividends for Louisiana schools as they always seemed to bolt for blueblood programs like Miami, FSU, USC, etc. Guys like Warrick Dunn, Ed Reed, Marshall Faulk, Nnamdi Asomugha, The Mannings, Reggie Wayne, Aeneas Williams, Mike Wallace, Joe McKnight, etc.
Thats cool that your Alabama friends are genuinely happy for LSU.
