He misses screen passes at a freakish rate. He doesn't like to throw deep balls even though he has the arm. When he is on he looks great. He will make some amazing passes that will turn your head. The problem is that's not how you win most games. Lots of stalled out drives where he can't convert on 3rd down. Great kid though and wonderful family. Tough as hell and plays better after he gets hurt. Hopefully he can turn on the Bama magic for you guys this year but don't hold your breath.
We really had to sign someone just in case. Finley shouldn’t even be QB3. Now with Calzada and Geriner (incoming Freshman) we finally have some competition and hopefully we can still sign another transfer QB.

Not exactly what I was hoping for but he has to better than what we had out there to end the season.

Probably has more upside in an Auburn offense than Bo did. That doesn't make him an improvement or better than Bo, just perhaps a better fit in time.
But let's be real, we needed a warm body who can hold serve in most games, and he can probably fill that role.
