Allow me to explain.
He had two fumbles on the night after we were driving it on them, destroying their offensive line on the other side of the ball and about to go up two scores.
He had two interceptions on the night, one missing a wide open receiver, an easy pass for your average QB, the other into quadruple coverage while we had the lead and very nearly blew the game.
The defense had something like 11 sacks on the night, 4 forced fumbles, were absolutely killing the opposing team.
He does a good play, and where is he? Not with the HC, not with the QB coach, not with the backup QBs figuring out what we're going to do.
He's talking shite to the crowd, so that everyone can know how awesome he is, because that's what he really wants.
So Mullen talks to him, tells him to focus on the game.
Next time? He does the same thing. An average play by any average QB, but to him he has to act like he's amazing.
Where is he when the entire team is celebrating and receiving the band/students?
Giving an interview like he won the fricking game by himself after very nearly giving the game to the other team four times.

Without Franks poor play, Florida wins pretty easily. It came down to that ending because of him.

When Frank’s makes a istake and goes to the sideline to blame everyone but himself...that tells you what you need to know. A ton of athletic ability, but not a winning mentality.
