Even though it worked out, I can't believe no one is giving him grief for that fake punt in the first quarter. Come up short there, and the game could be over before it began.

No man, it goes deeper. Franks can have a good game like he did in the final stretch to end the season last year and Straws will still bitch the whole time, saying anything he can make up to take credit away from him all because Straws has a man fkn crush, rock hard dk for Kyle Trask who has not played a lick but had a good scrimmage last yr and Straws has sucked him off ever since.
Franks throws a screen to a wr who makes a play and goes for 60 and its "All on the wr", Trask does it and "See, I told you all, he's the fkn KANG!"
This is literally how last year was in the Gator room with him. I swear, you'd think he walked in on Franks frickin his mom the way he acts on here and social media about him.
Last I checked, Mullen has a pretty good track record with QBs, if he says Franks is our best shot then I gotta go with it.
Noone is saying he played great, but to melt like this after one fkn game is pretty fkn ridiculous.

No matter how bad the Gators played,,,,,,Miami played worse. I really do not know how the score was a margin of only 4 points.

Franks didn't play great at all, no one will say he did. But we are talking about an in state rival team who had the #3 ranked defense last year. Ppl are acting like we played U of Miami Ohio or some shite. And we played with 4 new OL starters who couldn't run block a lick so the game was all on Franks and yeah, he's not good enough to do that but he did make a few plays to get the win so ill take it.

Frank's didn't beat Lsu, Florida's D won that game. Do believe he will get better as the season progresses. Mullen is the QB whisperer, right?

And even Franks went from 9 td's and 8 ints in 2017 to having 24 td's and 6 ints under Mullen in one year. Cmon man

He thinks it's just because I have a favorite backup but the truth of the matter is:
I would take Toney at QB right now, if Toney just focused on the game and had the right attitude. I'm tired of having these embarrassing games where I can't even shite talk other fans after the game.
We played a team with a RS Freshman QB starting behind the worst offensive line we've ever played (at least since 2008 when we set the SEC record for sacks in a game according to some places, but I digress) and we won by one possession because our QB:
Turned it over in the Red Zone on a simple read option.
Turned it over by missing a wide open receiver and overthrowing him.
Turned it over by throwing into triple coverage with four minutes to go and the lead.
I have never seen a fanbase break its back trying to defend such a fricking bad Quarterback.
