Why would we want to go to College Station?

Just a guess, but... because that's where the football game is?

Side note... I am supposed to be going to Floores Country Store while I'm in Texas. Sadly, REK won't be there that week but it is family night on Sundays so I can bring the kid.

One of my good friends transferred to LSU from A&M. After we teased the shite out of him for being an Aggie, a lot of his East Texan culture rubbed off on me. I've seen REK several times, both in and out of Texas. Best damn thing by far to ever come out of College Station (to close the circle).

But when I think of REK I think of how long it's been since he sang the national anthem for the Astros in the NLCS. I'm getting old and the Astros really suck balls now.

I heard they returned over 2K unsold tickets for the MSU/tA&M game this Saturday.

Its a #6 vs #12 matchup, what gives Aggies????

It is fricking starkvegas but damn the biggest game of the year for you so for.

Look before all the naked people point to all the others without clothes, or the people in glass houses keep throwing grenades, this is actually the future of college football. TV revenue is up every year but they are empty seats even in places like Tiger Stadium, the swamp, Jordan hare, and Bryant Denny. Not only do they not sell all the tickets but rarely do all the ticket holders actually show up. this is because there is an ever-increasing percentage of college tickets that are all owned by so-called corporate members and not die hard fans. Get used to it Aggies. You sure as hell aren't immune from it.

I love how all of the sudden all A&M fans are diehards. Pre-SEC, Kyle was half full at least 6 games a year.

Wasn't there a thread earlier this week saying A&M fans didn't buy their allotment to Ms State game?

Whatever is allotted? Easily. It would be sold out in a day or 2.

Except when ya'll play Arkansas right?

A&M returned 2k tickets.

There are these things called big screen HDTV's. They allow me to watch the game without having to go to the armpit of America to do it.

I didn't leave Travis County to watch the 2012 game and I won't be doing so this year either.

Congrats on your exaggerated number of students that plan on staying in CS for Thanksgiving.

Football is a family affair. Take your folks to the game.

Or don't. More room for more Aggies

There was a ridiculous amount of empty seats in Dallas last week for the aggy vs arky game. What gives aggy? Dallas is a couple hours from cow town and in the middle of a ton of aggy alumni. The LSU vs Wisky game was sold out in Houston with probably 80% LSU fans.
