Instead of just saying "don't think so", it would be nice to see someone constructively argue who else should be on the list in his place.

I agree. Too bad 90% of posters here won't support their one liners. It's too much to ask, especially from a poster named BeerBryant.

I sold him short as well. Perfect fit for Malzahn's offense. He has OMac speed, but is harder to tackle and gets north/south much quicker. At least in this one game he did.

I didn't ever really think he would have a great game like.

Neither did I. He was hands down the best back on the team. I expected him to finish his career out on mostly special teams. Best vision, cut, and speed of the backs for AU yesterday.

Williams and Collins both put up 130+. Either of them would have been #2 or maybe even #1 if they didn't have the other taking carries from them.

Yeah, I was pretty off. I remember watching his HS film and just thinking "meh" and thinking Bama would be the worst place for him.

Kid is a hard worker, and has earned every good thing he gets.

Now I want him back at Bama.

I hate that gurley had yet to play with a grata defense. He' might be the best back we've had since 82. Him or Hearst.

Not sure either could have overtaken Gurley, but they both put up impressive numbers out of the same backfield. Several other guys on the list shared carries as well, including Gurley. In fact, Arkansas running backs had the most carries of any on the list. It will be interesting to see what happens as the level of competition increases.

#2 max. Gurley was definitely the most impressive. Collins probably only took a couple of carries from Williams. Considering we ran the ball 51 times they were both probably close to their max. Especially in that heat we had yesterday.

Honestly, I was surprised they had that many carries each. I would have thought that they would have given some more to Holmes or Walker at the end when we were running out the clock.

i appreciate the critique. It would be more helpful if you could explain who you think should be on the list that isn't, who they should replace and why.

How many years of eligibility does Corey Grant have left? I swear it seems like Bama recruited him like 5 years ago. He looked good against WSU.
