The dream national title season followed by the rapid descent to a sub-.500 program?

I have to say I’d probably take that deal, depending on how long the fallout lasted.

absolutely

There isn't a sane person in the world that wouldn't have taken that deal

If the fallout was 40 years, you would still take the deal.

Right, Georgia?

I’m convinced now that another Aggie made a deal like that more than 80 years ago and we’re still suffering for it.

Not an LSU fan but hell yeah it was worth it. They’re not insane- well half of them at least. This whole year has been whackadoodle, of course the football season followed suit.

LSU will have a miserable year. But we won't be down for long.

So yeah, I'll take a few down years after having the greatest team in college football history.

In a word...absolutely.

And I can say that Aggie fans will never get to experience the pure joy as fans we had last year
