I think Ole Miss had spring break last week. Either way, something to watch at work.

Today's game is the annual Kid's Day. Schools from all around North Mississippi bring the elementary students to the game. I think they usually expect around 7,000 kids to show up.

It is the loudest college baseball game of the year.

Those kids scream and yell the entire time.

No kidding

Vandy whistler is child's play (no pun intended) compared to what's about to go down at Swayze for the next 3+ hours

Never mind, crowd is actually pretty darn good for those conditions.

Some pretty strong storms have been passing through. I expect it was planned around the storms. Unlike LSU and Florida that just the game off hoping they don't have to play it.

I have to give Ole Miss credit. I really like this idea. I'm sure a lot of you don't like the constant noise, but there is something cool about kids having fun. You're also probably getting a few kids hooked on your baseball program. Gotta give the Ole Miss athletic department credit.
