The OM fans don’t understand. There must be an LK or else we’re always gonna be what we’ve been. The ESPN guys- they say, fine, OM has invested the money it takes to play top-tier college football but they haven’t actually earned it yet.
Now, they are all watching to see how we respond.
You don’t get an invitation like this often. Are we going to play WAOM or are we going to earn it.
Competition either destroys us or makes us better, I want Kifffin there and successful for a long time- not because I like him but because he should challenge us to be more than a “cute story.”
Dare I say, LSU might want a little bit better of a rival to challenge them than what we’ve been since about 1970? Few will admit it because they hate us.

Yes- he had the right. I think he’s a huge a-hole. That’s fine. We were naive.
Just look at the opportunity he gave us though. He gave us the opportunity to prove him wrong and be great, He gave us the opportunity to truly resurrect the rivalry and do our part to make it great.
We can either try to be great or just share all of this dirt on him on Twitter/X/forums. FYI- the players do actually read some of these posts.
The only revenge worth having right now is not going to be airing everything he ever did (which we were apparently okay with). No, the one revenge worth having at this moment is going and getting that trophy right now. Then, if we get it, we’re going to drag their faces before and during every break in play- all while whipping that arse all night get when they come around next fall.
We don’t need golf balls or bottles of mustard. We need that trophy. That’s all we need.
Yes, I know some of my fellow OM fans are going to hate me for calling this out. That’s fine.

I don’t know what LSU fans you have been following on here, but what the hell are you talking about? We aren’t trying to play the victim. Lane is of course. But that figures. The only people acting like true total bitches today are ole Miss fans and if you can’t figure that out, you have not been paying attention. LSU fans have been reveling in this villain role. Kiffin and LSU fit like a glove. We love the hire, and if he leaves in a few years who cares? We’ll just go find another good coach. Rinse, repeat.
