LSU would've got motorboated in that game.

Believe the word you’re looking for is Boat-raced.

Is a big pussy.

Les left the cupboard bare and Ed freakin O won a championship here.

Put the right skipper in and this will turn around.

Point to this anytime someone says we need to pay more for goods to bring manufacturing back to give jobs to the people who are refusing to take these jobs.

Go frick yourself SFP. Figures you would try to make this some bullshite gotcha.

Let me explain it to you. This problem didn’t start and isn’t being caused by Trump closing the borders. This started 30 years ago when we started convincing every high school in the country that every kid needs to go to college. And it’s been exacerbated by boomers refusing to get out of the workforce. Now those folks are at the absolute end of their careers and can no longer fill the labor gap.

I graduated in 07 in construction management and have been working with tradesmen (both union and non-union) for almost 20 years. It was a problem then. Kids don’t want to go into the trades anymore because we aren’t educating them about the importance of it and valuing the labor they provide. I still deal with it every damn day at work when “educated” people minimize the work skilled labor does.

The solution is not let illegals fill these jobs. That’s fricking absurd. I know trade unions are going hard after inner city youths, and I personally know people that have escaped that life by learning a trade and making excellent money. Look up the efforts Mike Rowe is doing towards advocating for trades.

If the government can do something, they’ve got to address college costs and the student loan crisis. And it is a crisis. College cost increases mirror the efforts in the 90s to push kids towards school. And they’ve almost got a built in customer base with zero need to be cost effective.

Promoting trades does two big things:
- fills a major labor gap
- forces a gut check for higher education.

So get out of here with that bullshite.
Yes. This team is devoid of playmakers. Theres no generational talent at qb this draft, so you use your picks to get talent on this team. Safety, DLine, WR, etc.

It appears that Governor Landry or his minions thought LSU could float rumors of reasons to terminate for cause in an effort to aid buyout negotiations. They seem to have thought that the rumors would provide leverage that would decrease Kelly's demand. Perhaps he/they figured that LSU did not really need an actual reason to terminate for cause, let alone evidence to support those allegations. "We just gonna put it out there to make Kelly squirm and negotiate."

Look I’m not defending Landry and I don’t support his public statements. But this whole blurb is fricking stupid. LSU has general council, and so does the state. They understand the difference between for cause and for convenience. There is no way they would allow any officials to float for cause without actual cause. From a legal standpoint, a ten cent lawyer knows that’s stupid and pointless and would only expose their client to even more penalties beyond the money owed.

Yall need to take a break. Have a beer. Chill the hell out. Relax a second. This board has become unreadable and fricking embarrassing.

Les Miles

Won a championship, made a second, and was essentially automatic 10 wins every year. Yes he got long in the tooth and lsu should’ve parted ways sooner. But let’s not act like Les was anything other than a complete successful following someone like Saban.

It’s interesting that reports are now coming out that LSU is terminating for cause. There is something brewing behind the scenes. You don’t say that without something, legally speaking. I’m sure the language states this would go to arbitration, and an arbitrator is going to look poorly on an accusation of “for cause” being “cause you suck.” Surely thy have to be smarter than that. On the surface it sounds like they gave Kelly the opportunity to settle out of view and he’s not taking it.

Nick Saban

I know this is a terrible take. Let me start with that.

But Nick isn’t a long term solution. What’s he going to be here for? 3 years? 5 max? He’s 72. We’ll start all over again.

Did you distress the rivet joints or did the kit come that way?

He was like “wait what did she say?” and I played it off like she meant that’s how she found out her dad had died. And he seemed to buy that just fine. But still, that shite caught me way off guard. But he rolled with it and never said anything else about it. And next time I’ll definitely mute/distract him from it at that part.

There are tons of stories out there of families enjoying this movie only to have that come out of left field.

Then 2008 came.

If Perriloux doesn’t get kicked off the team, a lot of the 08-13 years are very different.

This fanbase is retarded lol

I think the fanbase has been pretty reasonable. No one is going crazy. We all knew this is where we’d be.

We want Mickey gone. Reasonable and necessary.

We want Gayle to get engaged. Or hire someone else that will. Reasonable and necessary.
