Well no shite.

The betting is as much if not more about the bettors than the actual event being bet on.

This is one of the very few chances that Vegas and sportsbooks have to pay all of their bills for the year off of some idiots. Don't be gullible, Saban isn't coming here.

Saban would be a disaster hire. He is too old. He wouldn’t know how to use the portal or NIL.

I want a younger, more energetic coach. Not sure exactly who that is. Maybe Golesh?

Here were the early odds from one betting site on who would replace Coach O. Brian Kelly wasn’t even listed. They took everybody’s money.

Also heard Les Miles to return as Tiger Stadium grounds keeper and Will Wade as Director of recruiting and strong arse offers. Slight chance we get Todd Graves running the nutrition program and Gordon as General Counsel.

Vegas can put odds on all of that and will still get suckers to bet.

Is this really Vegas? Offshore betting websites. Not sure these a real odds that you can bet.

No way Saban is coming to LSU.

The odds are set so that Vegas makes the lost amount of money. Typically that’s associated with what Vegas thinks will happen, but it is a very subtle difference.

It's not real until you hear Miss Terry is looking for houses in Baton Rouge. Ask me how I know this?

It will be Saban with 20 million a year over 3 years and no buyout or an up and coming coach that they'll overpay annually in order to get the buyout lowered. The way their handling the Kelly situation is seems like they wont be aggressive towards a coach that has a large buyout.

LSU turning on him after a couple of mediocre seasons would make this place so wonderful.

They now have highest odds that Saban is LSU bound.

I would love for this to happen just so we could watch him fail miserably. Could you imagine how the LoSerU fans on here would react?

The practical side of me thinks that this will never happen. Saban is too old to seriously take up another coaching gig.

Yeah, I don't think anyone should take this seriously. Vegas wants to make money on the action; they don't care about the outcome and are not making a prediction. All this tells me is that there is no clear front runner, and more money is coming in on the wild arse bet that Saban can be lured out of retirement than any other option, so they lower the odds.
