And he's done all of this with Stoops at Oklahoma. Dude would be a big time upgrade for Tennessee. I don't know what his "ceiling" is, but his floor is super high.

I love when people change their opinion of a coach based on how much he's going to get paid.
If it doesn't effect any other areas of the program and you aren't asked to pay the difference, why the frick do you care? I sure as hell don't.

Gundy will stand by and wait for Texas A&M to decide. He is our 3rd choice right now behind Jimbo and Gary Patterson.
