He looked like shite against OU too. He's probably still hurt...He does this every season after he gets hurt, plays like total dogshite for 4 or 5 games after when he comes back. Like he forgets how to have composure, gets skittish and has happy feet, misses reads, and throws shitttey passes.
Ima put this on Sark on the offensive side of the ball. It just seemed like Quinn had no idea what UGA was doing on defense and Sark was calling bad plays. Kirby & Schumann completely out schemed Sark and the offense. and not being able to run the ball obviously did not help. Just made it easier for Georgia.

I don't think it matters if we make the CCG. What matters is making playoffs with home field advantage.
Bye week benefit of being the SEC champion would just occur 1 week earlier by not being in CCG. Bad news to be in CCG and lose.
I have posted near identical thoughts on the UGA board. I don't give a frick about the SEC CG anymore. Better to not play it, but still make the playoffs.
Last year, 12-0. Lost SEC CG. Left out of playoffs.
frick the SEC CG.
At this point, it's meaningless and better to be left out of it.

I agree, Texas and UGA can afford to lose another game and still be in the playoffs too depending on the lose. Tennessee is out if they lose and Texas A&M is too. LSU may be able to get away with a regular season loss.

Yall are fricking idiots. Y'all don't deserve Sark or Ewers. And at the first sign of adversity, you won't deserve Manning either.
Get a grip. You lost a game against a top ten opponent.
That doesn't mean you bench your best players. These are moments of learning.
So you're suggesting to play the kid when he's hurt when they have a more than capable backup? That's my point. I think Quinn is still hurting because he doesn't look near as composed as he normally would if 100% healthy. This is like almost an every season occurrence now with Quinn. He gets hurt and they put him back on the field to soon, and it takes him weeks to work through it. The problem is, this time they ran into a Juggernaut front 7 in Georgia with Quinn back there scared as shite to get hit. You could literally see "the deer in the headlights look on his face."

Dude, you can't argue with them. They're on a roll rewriting history. Just agree with them and maybe they will go away. This is incredibly amusing.

I'm suggesting that maybe your OL was outmatched and it wouldn't matter what QB you put back there. Arch was in and didn't do any better. Colt McCoy wouldn't have one any better. UGA's defense was actually playing really good that day. Idiots like you pretending you know better than Steve Sarkisian is what makes this board a clown show that I tune into daily.

Here’s 3 plays, just in the last 7 minutes of the game. The first down with 3 minutes by ettiene was clearly a first down. The ball clearly passed the marker. I’ve personally never seen a game where targeting was thrown around so blatantly in the 4th quarter. They stopped the game 4 fricking times to review Georgia players tackling bc Texas couldn’t move the ball downfield without a yellow flag being tossed on the field all night. It was frickign absurd by anyone who isn’t a Texas homosexual.
The ETN call looked like a first down to me. I don’t disagree with that, but the game was over by then. Texas wasn’t scoring 15 points in 2 minutes with 0 timeouts.
Those targeting calls? By definition those were targeting. Actually they missed one in between those calls. When people say “refs were trying to keep them in the game” that’s for questionable calls or ones that just aren’t there. Not by using a penalty that is without a doubt a penalty.

don’t need to. Georgia played a shitty game on offense. Playcalling, QB play, and dropped balls. And beat you by 2 scores in your house. “Sark will dice you up next time” sure, but surely the Georgia team won’t play any better than they did. fricking delusional as usual. Probably why your fanbase talks the way they do yet have the same number of national titles as BYU in the last half century. Go take a lap.
Georgia always complains about Bobo. Shitty calls are nothing new. QB play has been subpar in conference play by Georgia. That 8 ints in 4 conference games from Beck. Yes they beat us by 2 scores in Austin, credit to their defense for getting them amazing field position. It’s hard for their defense to play any better than they did. In fact both defenses would get an A in my book. The room for improvement in Texas’ offense between the two teams performances is greater.
UGA’s OL played well, the Texas OL didn’t. UGA ran the ball well, Texas didn’t. Both QB’s played poorly, much to how the defenses disrupted them.
It’s hard to beat a team once, even harder to do it twice.

You left out : if Georgia receivers could flipping catch, it would have likely been 34-0 at half. I mean let’s be real here.

Best game our DL has played in a long time. Team with best DL rarely loses.

You’ve actually been pretty spot on with your analysis this year, I can respect that.
I didn’t count MSU because our backup put up 350, 3 TD and 0 INTs so I just don’t respect that defense much.
Bama’s defense has gotten exposed by Vandy and USC since then. I credit most of Georgia’s yards to Bama getting complacent in the second half.
I think UGA has shown their moments on offense, but I don’t view it as an elite unit.

I don't recall the DL playing that well even when Jordan Davis and Jalen Carter were on the same team.

Had Manning continued to play I think his mobility could have given UGA fits to the point it could possibly have altered our defensive scheme in the 2nd half. Don't know if that would have made a difference, but I do think it would have given Tx a better shot at winning.

A Florida fan is saying the refs were against UGA. That should honestly be a full stop existential crisis of reality to realize just how bad they were. Not only were they not bad, but there’s a few of you who think the bad calls went equally both ways. I’ve never seen this much delusion

Kirby got his arse whooped first 3-4 years by LSU, Auburn and Bama until they finally got over the hill.
How Texas reacts will be very important to see if we learned
This isn’t the last arse whooping probably get until this team learns how to play at an elite level.

What is most interesting to me, shite talke aside, is that I have truly felt the very weak 1st half schedule was a detriment to Sark.
Everything looked perfect till GA. Texas stats were off the chart! That should have been the big warning sign as no SEC team puts up those kind of offensive + defensive numbers. Just proof of an insanely weak schedule. That schedule was initially thought of as an advantage. But it is really? If A&M hadn't been pressed vs ND, not sure we would have improved so drastically...but that process is still occurring 5 weeks later. Sark is just now starting.
So when they finally get exposed, Texas is now beginning their 1st gaunlet of SEC play week in and week out.
We find out just how good of a coach and staff that Sark has. He has very little time to correct some big issues. And Texas has a QB that looks scared with happy feet issues (common problem for Ewers in big games). The QB issue with Ewers is not something you fix in between games.
So be very interesting to see what Sark does here to get this team back on track.

Georgia’s playcalling, QB, and receivers played like dogshit all night. Beck averaged 4 yards an attempt and had 3 Ints to 0 TDs. Texas fans acting like Georgia played an A+ Game and won by 2 scores in your house — Georgia played a C- arguably D+ game on offense and whooped your arse. “We will clean this up and Sark will dice y’all up” lmao. Georgia played like shite on offense and won with the refs trying their hardest to make it a game. You’ve played no one and announced yourselves as champs in week 7. Classic Texas. New conference same story. Cope.
We have multiple games of evidence that Georgia is shaky offensively at times this year. The best they've looked is the second half against Bama when they were playing with 4 downs to work with the entire half.
I think its fair to say Georgia probably plays better offensively in a rematch, but its also fair to say I don't think they are a team that is going to march down the field at will against decent defenses this year unless something just clicks for them down the stretch.
