LSU could possibly jump USC with a win over Georgia regardless

0% chance if USC wins out.

LSU just needs to take care of their own business and they’re in.

At least FSU is ranked top 20 so it doesn’t look bad

same could be said of Clemson with a loss to top 15 Notre Dame

If the Irish beat USC; that will put them in the top 10 or 12 and strengthen Clemson's claim

Not sure if you’re aware, but USC is a blue blood. If they have a way to get them in, they will. Has nothing to do with the SEC. A 1 loss conference champ USC was going to get in and I’ve been saying it for weeks. This shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. They would have jumped Tennessee too

LSU is not getting in over a one loss USC or one loss UGA unless LSU beats UGA by 14+.

Which part? Beating UGA or making the playoffs if that happens?

LSU beating UGA probably won't happen, but it's also looking like LSU might need some help to make the playoffs if they do.

Path’s the same. If LSU beats A&M and UGA, no matter how improbable, they’ll be in.

From my perspective, LSU is still on the outside looking in (even if we win the SECCG).
I am in agreement with your statement. LSU needed TCU and Michigan to lose yesterday, which did not happen

Except LSU lost by 1 points to FSU and Clemson lost by 3 touchdowns to Notre Dame.

The committee definitely wants to have a playoff with 4 conference champions but it's funny that it never works out that way.
