Yeah, one poster mentioned his parents were 20 and 16 when they married back then.
That was more accepted back then. Kids were essentially being sent to a war. It’s undeniable that a 16 y/o in the 60’s and 70’s was more mature in terms of life experiences than today’s 16 y/o. Evolution of technology has completed altered out world, and is a reason why it’s hard for me to look at an 18 year old as an adult. I teach 18 year olds. MANY of them lack basic life skills.

You think my post was about high morals, and that I for some reason came to the Rant in order to confess my sins for something that was 100% legal, and the only part that would have been a sin according to the bible was sex out of wedlock, because I needed to get the weight off my chest?
No. I am talking about the idea that someone being a few years older than someone is by default some serious crime is ridiculous. Young adults are getting their lives ruined over it, and it needs to stop. I brought it up, because it appeared at first this had potential to be that(unfortunately it now appears it's not).
