Doral VW gave him his money back. I don't know what they did with the trade in. I guess they gave back that as well. they tried to get him to go thru arbitration to resolve it. He sued them for $50k.

Odd that when an inventory discrepancy pops up instead of looking around and asking the sales staff about a particular vehicle ( i assume the salesperson who is currently texting the buyer would remember that he just sold this particular vehicle that's missing) you immediately activate the lojack and call the cops
