Bama can whatever they want, it's still a really bad look Saban doesn't even have to go that route

If by "own" you mean 1-4 since Saban came to Bama with an average score of 40-17, well, Ok.

That's a strange way to define ownership, but whatever works for you.

Does Saban allow his assistants to use Twitter?

Because Freeze loves him some Twitter, and pussy.

NO. Have you seen how Lane Kiffin has burned up Twitter once he was cut loose from Saban's leash?

When the briles to Auburn rumors were swirling, didn't Sankey pretty much say he would block the hire? One would think he would question this, but I doubt he will.

Really? The SEC Commish can block a coaching hire?

one of the pillars of Christianity is redemption. Another is forgiveness.

There is nothing wrong with Coach Saban hiring Hugh Freeze. Unless you disagree with The Bible.

Yea I'm sure Saban hired him to lead the coaches bible study that Nick hosts in his office each week.

I'm honestly not sure, I was seriously asking because I thought I heard it somewhere. I'm probably wrong.

I think you overestimate how long people give a crap about things like this.

There will be some outcry emanating from the fringes but it'll dissipate.

My only issue with Freeze was knowing he was going to be a short timer. LSU needs stability more than anything else. Bama can take on a guy that's going to be one and done.

I'm pretty sure Nick is a heathen, but he's our heathen, bless his little black heart.

Whatever Bama is paying him to do, I hope it’s in a position that can’t get the program in trouble with the NCAA. Keep him away from players and recruits.

I hope there are plenty of strip mall Asian massage parlors in Tuscaloosa.

3-1 vs Hugh Freeze which is the point no matter how you bammers spin it.

We won a SEC and NC with Doug Nussmeier as OC. It kinda doesn’t matter who we hire.

And since you want to bring up past records, you know should know AU is most likely going to disappoint next year. Haven’t had back to back 10 win seasons since 1988 and ‘89.

You’ve beaten us once in Tuscaloosa with Saban here, and that took the biggest comeback of all time from the best player that has ever worn an Auburn uniform.

26-14.

Smart move by Saban to hire the guy that beat him consistently as an analyst.

Did people really not see this coming shortly after Freeze was fired? Saban and Freeze are "friends", on top of the fact Saban has his famous coaching rehab program. I knew the second LSU sat there with two thumbs up its arse searching (if there was a "search") that Freeze was going to be at Alabama
