I kinda believe him really. I think any big time school does this. Its just some are better than others. I mean all these kids have new cars and expensive jewelry . Thousands of dollar tattoos. Its been going on for years. As far as the dirty cops, I know that's true because I am friends with a few cops and they tell me crazy stories about how corrupt it can be.
