the depth chart is now listed #2 QB Mathis or Daniels or Beck vs the separation it had before.

I don't know. Bennett might be all we've got. After the Fromm/Fields fiasco it's not easy to trust Kirby's QB decisions but he sees every practice--we don't.

Nobody thinks its possible but Trask is a lot better then he was last yr
Georgia D will be tough af no doubt
Still it's a rivalry game anything can happen

Georgia fans JT just might not be that good
14 TD 10 INT in pac 12 very meh

He was supposed to be a senior in high school that year. He graduated early.

That's right but he may have a lil ways to go coaching wise
All I'm saying. For the SEC at least. If he doesn't play at some point this yr
I'll be wondering why

I watched some of Daniels' USC play when he was a freshman. I saw nothing that impressed me.
Bennett is impressive but he must be used in a way that prevents batted balls. To be successful, Bennett must either throw long, roll out or drop back farther.

Lol. He was a 17 year old true freshman and graduated high school early. He should probably just give up bc of your expert analysis.
Joe Burrow was 23 last season.

I mean Mathis looked really bad. I'd almost say go with Beck as a young gun then go back to Mathis. Dude was holy shite level bad.

So UGA should just eliminate the quick passing game from the playbook?

Of course you would rather have much higher chances of beating uga

Did you see the notre dame game?

Mathis choked under pressure
In his first start. That happens a lot, doesn't mean he won't have a good career

Very little chance he would be a good QB in 2020. He was signed as a project and then had brain surgery and then covid hit.

Seems like you didn’t watch that game either. The offense did him no favors. Seems like any time something went right for him there was a penalty. Mathis has a higher ceiling than Bennett, but also a lower floor. If Monken can magically make Mathis hit that ceiling, then ya make the switch. I just don’t see that happening in a year with no cupcake games outside of Tennessee.

lol but JT wasn’t? Bennett is average. Both JTD and Mathis have higher ceilings. JTD should take over as soon as his knee is ready to go.

It is what it is this season. We don't have a championship level QB. Winning the SEC East and another showing in a New Years day bowl is about as much as we can expect with this offense.
3 different offensive coordinators in 3 seasons doesn't help either. You can't just insert a new system and flip on the switch, especially with no Spring practice and limited Summer workouts. If Kirby lets Monken run his offense and he stays for the 2021 season then maybe we can look forward to competing with Bama. We supposedly have the talent if you believe recruiting experts. We need stability in the offensive system and an upgrade at QB.
Unless by some rare chance JT Daniels is healthy, steps in and starts throwing darts into tight windows and dropping it into man-to-man coverages down field it ain't happening this season.

People also forget we lost our #2 wr

True. Blaylock was a big loss. Everybody has injured players, though (see Waddle).

Auburn should be 1-4 and Auburn fans shouldn't be allowed to discuss football the rest of the year.
