Their numbers were quite inflated due to getting in shootouts and beating up on the Big 12, look at their performance in the Big 12 championship game, it was atrocious.
THe problem with the idea that it was all about the Big 12... is that nobody else in the big 12 was in the top 20 scoring offenses and other Big 12 defenses faired pretty well OOC against highly rated offenses (other than UGA's).
Bama had the #5 scoring offense. Only scored 20 vs Texas. Washington (#7 scoring offense) put up 27 vs Texas. TT held Ole Miss to 25 and NCSU to 27. OkSU held Wisky to 27 and ASU to 17. Even ISU, the worst team in the big 12 only gave up 7 to Iowa OOC. WVU the second worst team gave up 31 to Pitt and 10 to VT.
The Big 12 wasn't giving up big point totals to other teams... even other Big 12 teams aside from TCU.

Back to back, most points in championship history, biggest blowout in championship history, biggest blowout in any bowl ever, top 5 offense and defense, beat 7 ranked teams, Average: +29.4 Scoring Margin against final top 25 teams(which is the highest of all time) all this in a rebuild year after losing 15 players to the draft and 13 to the portal. Best of all time and it's not even close!!!

UGA has zeroed in on one team. Not Miami, tOSU, UF, Bama, or OU. Specifically `19 LSU.
The only fanbase trying to compare 22 Uga with another champ is a TAMU troll doing the C*VID Bama champs
