Only 3 final top 10s though. Nice but not historic.

True. But the victory margin is.
Hey we have listened to LSU fans for the last 3 years after winning one title. Don't you think we are entitled after winning back-to-back and after al the #1980 crap we had to choke down? Or did y'all think we would forgive and forget?

Well, we beat all those teams, and you need to figure out the difference between gold and yellow.

Gold:

That’s because our state is relevant and hosts events like that, unlike Louisiana

I’ve seen some idiotic posts on this site, but this one might take the cake. You should probably do a little research on Super Bowl, Final Four, and college football national championship host sites.

LSU kneeled the ball on the 2 yard line up 3 TDs in the NC Game while UGA was still throwing TD passes

UGA's last TD pass came with 2:17 left in the 3rd quarter.

UGA's last pass came with 10 minutes to go in the game.

UGA's last TD came on a 19 yard run up the middle with 7:30 left in the game.

UGA's last drive started with 5 minutes in the game. UGA handed the ball off to a walk on senior RB 5 times (for 35 yards) and it ended with 3 straight knees taken in TCU territory.

But enjoy your delusions.

The funniest part of the statistic is that UGA ranks 4th in 2019 and LSU ranks 16th in 2022.

Reverse those and LSUs opponents average ranking is 11.4.
And UGAs average ranking is 10.5

Thanks 2022 LSU for sucking so bad to help defend your 2019 legacy

this is by far my favorite part as well.

im pretty sure i would pick 2019 lsu if the 2 teams played, but the resumes aren't all that far off at all.

Nobody has the ball in the 4th quarter with a chance to tie LSU much less beat them. Georgia can’t say that.

Average: +29.4 Scoring Margin, well this is getting added to the list, further proving who the best is.

Back to back, most points in championship history, biggest blowout in championship history, biggest blowout in any bowl ever, top 5 offense and defense, beat 7 ranked teams, Average: +29.4 Scoring Margin against final top 25 teams(which is the highest of all time) all this in a rebuild year after losing 15 players to the draft and 13 to the portal. Best of all time and it's not even close!!!

2019 Clemson was on a 29 game winning streak when LSU murdered them

2022 TCU was on a 1 game winning streak when Georgia murdered them

Both equally impressive imho

(2022 Ohio State was on a losing streak)

You are confusing uga 2019 with uga 2022.

Not true.

UF had the ball down 7 to LSU in the 4th quarter in 2019.

Almost a very impressive stat though.

Of course I'm biased toward LSU 2019, but UGA would have a strong argument had they beaten both Ohio State and TCU by 28 instead of 1 and 58.
