One of the few WLOCP I've missed in the last 25 years and somewhat glad I did.

Already has happened. The 2002 game was a night game.

Doubt it. CBS ain’t showing a non conference game in prime time. Maybe ABC will pick it up.
Jake Carville?

My point still stands that ND is a top 10 program
They aren't. They haven't won a NC since 1988 and haven't been competitive in a single BCS/Playoff game they have been in. They have been blown out literally every single time.
I guess when your last NC is 1980 these are incredible feats to you. ND is a joke and has been for 30 years.

ok, name the top 10 CFB programs of all time then.
And I guess by your logic in 2008 bama wouldn't be a considered a top 10 program either, since they had only won 1 title in the previous 29 years

They finished in top 5 last you senile old coot and will be ranked in the top pre-season top 10 this year= a top 10 program.Whats so freakin difficult to understand about this? Never said anything about them being NC contender.
Once again, how come CBS choose the game as their SEC prime time match up instead of Bama-LSU?
You do understand how all this works by now, correct?

Has this even been confirmed?
Bama-LSU hasn't been competitive I don't care if we play at 12:00. Doesn't bother me one iota. The bigger question is why are you acting like anyone cares about ND vs Georgia two teams that haven't won championships in 39 and 31 years respectively? This game isn't a big deal.

This is a weird hill to die on, Jake.

Is it? We are still 4 months away from the season and we have Georgia fans sticking their chests out over a game with Notre Dame like it is some big deal. It quit being a big deal to play or beat ND a long time ago.
I mean even your little brother GT has played and beat them.

actually we were simply speculating on game times and CBS contracts until you showed up and started talkign about how ND is irrelevant

so have we...less than 2 years ago from today

it's still kind of a big deal though because it has literally never happened. It's the definition of "once in a lifetime". These schools have only played twice ever and the first time on campus was 2 seasons ago. ND has never played in Athens before. That's kind of a deal.

I honestly think it's time for your diaper change, metamucil and a nap.
I said the game will get huge ratings ( which it will) and I'll make any type of bet that the game will be one of the top 10 rated games of the CFB regular season... probably top 5 and you keep babbling about incoherent and unimportant points in regards to THIS YEARS GAME.
Question for ya Jake:What was the top rated CFB regular season game of 2017? Hint:It involved 2 teams that have only 2 NC's between them in the last 50 years.
Remember Jake this is the year 2019.

Speaks to your scheduling and not being able to win championships. It isn't a big deal. Like I said even little old GT has played and beat them. Nobody cares that ND is playing in 'Athens' this year. It isn't some accomplishment.

Says a Georgia fan who couldn't figure out how the Playoff rankings worked in 2017 and that they weren't static every week and teams could be jumped from week to week. How many Notre Dame fans faces are you going to bark in this year?

Athens is going to be a nightmare all week leading up to that game.
