Should stop the rumor mill turning round. Also, Richt is working on an extension and likely raise.

I like cjp, hope he sticks around awhile. He brings some of that fire in the belly to the program, and he's a lights out recruiter.

Happy for him. Good to see somebody involved at Hoover being so successful. He definitely knows his D and is a great recruiter. Here's hoping he gets a HC job soon so he can take over at Bama when Saban retires

I would also be more than satisfied to see him as the head man at UGA

possibly. Rocker was also upped to an asst head coach or something like that. He and McLendon are definitely getting raises as well.

Gives up over 400 yards to Florida, gets big raise.

The SECN money is making coaches rich. The money is going right back out the door.

Richt getting a raise is ridiculous. He's never won anything and UGA can't even dominate a weak SECe. Not saying fire him but he hasn't earned a raise.

Exactly

One game got him a raise? That's pretty shocking but I guess when you win your super bowl it's worth that much to you

Happy 2015! this year will be the 10th anniversary of your last SEC Championship victory!

He Gone. Now he just got the boost from uga, that will make it more reasonable for lsu to pay him $1.5-$1.6

No, but a clearly better product was out out on the field this year. Not to mention with a razor thin secondary that had little experience and depth. We saw improvements in just about every statistical category other than stopping the run. The largest jump was turnover margin where we went from 101st to 4th.

This is also very significant because of a clear power struggle between a pinny pinching administration and the football program. In addition to making sure we're paying our coaches adequately, we're improving locker room facilities as well as breaking ground on an IPF. Looks like we're making an effort to catch up in the SEC arms race.
