Should’ve went with the “what does Gran and Hagans have in common” angle for the sign.

Hilarious that they confiscated it though.

Lulz, so a hefty Kentucky fan who is sending his money for his daughter to attend UGA is not allowed go to a UK game in that dumpy arena?

He said his wife made the sign...a subtle jab at UGA administration that Gran stayed at UK.

The real story is why is UGA AD sensitive of the sign...if Gran was only offered the TE coaching job?

I’m happy with that as long as we continue to roll everyone else in the East during the regular season.

Should have had to pay for 5 tickets imo. 2 for him, 1 for his wife, and 2 for the people behind him whose view he blocked with the sign.

Because Greg McGarity is a dork

Eh, I debated the colon usage in my head before you responded and decided tRant posts aren't worth getting OCD about but then you triggered my OCD.

Hey Baw, if it was not for UK fans in attendance last night...that arena would be empty. Be happy we pad your yearly basketball attendance stat.

DawgNation is now reporting that they did not ask the fan to take the sign down, but instead stated that the sign was being considered for removal, but never actually requested.

stole this from another site but damn its good

They would have padded it even more had he paid for 5 tickets

So Shaft, I’m sure I’ll get downvotes and cute laughing emojis, but just so were clear... you actually believe that UGA was outbid for Chaney and wanted to keep him at all costs? and that Gran was offered the full OC Job, the SAME position for MORE MONEY, with more talent at a better program and he turned it down?

Now, If you want to discuss Kirby’s trying to “have his cake and eat it too” that’s one thing. It’s clear he didn’t want to lose Coley but he thought he could offer Co-OC and still poach a great coach. It didn’t work.

yeah, I generally don’t care about that. When people make stupid mistakes, I’ll occasionally say something, but only when they’re taking a shot a UGA in the process.

This was just kind of funny to me because it reads:
Eddie Gran love’s UK.

from the little write up I read a couple weeks ago, this is in fact what happened. UGA tried to throw more money at Chaney to get him to stay. UT came back with more. Also hearing that Chaney really loves East TN. I don't blame him, tbh. Mountains are dope

We lost a oc-oc/te coach and we were looking to replace him. Gran clearly didn’t want to be a co-oc/te coach.

Yes, because that actually makes more sense than

but he thought he could offer Co-OC and still poach a great coach.

Anyone who isn't a Georgia fan can see this, but for some reason you just cannot accept reality.

Also, I take issue with the idea that Eddie Gran is a "great coach". Say what now?
