It is otc because they were very adamant during the press conference. It would be stupid to lie about it.

If it was just some OTC drug that he didn't run by the trainers he is a stupid kid and it should end with his punishment.
If he was juicing up with illegal roids it is time to investigate the program and claw back wins.
They claim it was OTC substance, which means it doesn't matter which one.

My guess would be test and winny. There are other drugs that could make him bigger, but you don't need a 6'3"/260 lb QB that's slow and has limited arm/shoulder mobility due to slinging massive weight.
