Yeah it will be like a home game for LSU lol

That was actually my point, but it seems it went over the heads of the LSU downvote brigade.

Don’t look now but the 30-27 prediction you made may be the Miami -Bama final… about the same comparison.

I actually think this game will be close but LSU by 10 at the end. What say you?

The only way the game is close at the end is if Orgeron plays the entire 3rd and 4th team offense and defense at the end. I don't think people understand how terrible Hawaii is.

I expect UCLA to score but not like they did today. Our D is 1000x better

I mean, your D was insanely bad last year, and your new DC hasn’t ever been a DC in a league even close to this level.

How exactly can you say your D is 1000x better?

37-17 LSU. No way UCLA hangs with LSU unless LSU shits the bed on offense. That ain't happening.

UCLA finna eat. LSU is headed for another mediocre season. Orgeron will lose control of the team after the loss to UCLA.

Week 0 overreaction. LSU will win comfortably against UCLA.

Scheme and lots of talent. Only area of slight concern is linebacker. We are loaded on the front four and cornerbacks are 2 of the best. I have been to 2 practices and this defense will be back to lsu standard.

I don't think it's about analyzing anything from the game as much as it's about getting some rust off and dumb shite out the system. I think having a game under your belt is good for turnover margin and penalties. Still think lsu wins

This is a tough opener for LSU. Idk why everyone thinks that LSU is gonna return to 2019 form. I think 2019 was more of a fluke than 2020. The team just quit last year.

UCLA returns TWENTY starters from last year’s team that lost to USC and Oregon each by one score.

UCLA has their best team under Chip Kelly by a longshot.

It’s too bad for them they can’t get fans to their games.

I think LSU loses a close game, and we see a season similar to 2020

People forget how historically bad LSU’s D was last year.

The O will be at least good though not 2109...
But as long as the D is not that level bad this season won’t be anything like 2020.

SEC .500 team > Pac 12 losing team. LSU by multiple scores.

34-17 LSU...I could see the game close until Q3 before talent pulls away.

It will be interesting. UCLA will have already played a game, and who knows what the mindset is going to be of the LSU team next weekend. I think it will be a LOT closer than many think

I think the early game was great for LSU.

UcLA played a bad team and beat them handedly enough to build a likely false sense of confidence. And, the game will also be enough to grab LSUs attention and focus game prep week a bit more.

LsU by 7+.
