A&M is trash this year. Glorious.

Long season. We may not be trash, just average. RC has only truly had one shite season ever and it was his first.

Who are they looking at to replace him?

That's the million-dollar question. I think it's fairly easy to argue that RC is a top 25 coach, probably top 1 coach. But he's hasn't gotten past good to very good. It'll be a risk going after anyone that isn't proven to be better which is unlikely because that just happens so rarely in baseball.

Dodges the question. Are those standings published by any reputable baseball media or is that some shite you made up? You can answer, we all know...

You do know standings are just teams ranked by record right?

Does the Southeastern Conference count as a reputable source?

Who knows. I used to think that A&M would try to go after a big name and money whip them, but my guess is that Bjork will not want to go that route. I think that the money guys will let him make the hire, but we aren't too far removed from the days that boosters wanted a say

As an LSU fan, I’d hate to see Tadlock (Tech) or McDonnell (Louisville) at A&M. Those two would likely require money-whipping.
Deggs (ULL) would also scare me, he’s a great coach and would probably jump at the opportunity.
Burroughs at LaTech has built a solid mid-major program, and Skip Johnson at OU has Texas ties and seems to have their program headed in the right direction.

Diggs was a long time assistant at A&M. He’d be a realistic candidate.

Tadlock is home I don’t see him leaving.

McDonald would be take a huge money whip. I think he’s probably happy at Louisville.

He isn’t leaving Louisville unless you give him the highest contract in college baseball. 2 million a year might get him (Idk thi)

There is a big thread on TexAgs about Deggs. I expect us to throw some money at Tadlock and see if he budges.

Gamecocks plate 1 run B2. 1-0 USC T3.

------------------------------------------

SEC POTW Wes Clarke just launched a solo HR about 420 ft -over the visitors bull pen.

USC 2-0 still batting B3.

--------------------------------------------

Andrew Eyster follows Clarke with another solo bomb to LF ,... 3-0 Carolina B3

------------------------------------------

went outside for half hour to let the dog run - come back and the Gamecocks play frickaround T4 and allow 2 runs - 2nd run crossing the plate on wild pitch. 3-2 Carolina now T5.

I appreciate the faith, but we've got some new arms we need to see to believe in. Haven't with a nice debut today for the Bat Cats. Defense also still a question for us. Hitting should be a big strong suit for us, and thats held true today at KPP.
