He was soft against talented D's. He plays street ball, similar to JFF.

Yea he had a rough game against MSU as well.

We just couldn’t score because our offense sucked

so his ankle was scoped after the SEC title game for no reason?

he 100 percent can and does. Just meant the avg drops. a lot of those 30 yrd incomplete passes or int would have been easy 10-15 yard passes. But hey....fine with me if he keeps doing it hahah. Like i really need him any more dangerous than he already is

Why would any coach play an injured player, by your account. Is it win above all else. You have a player of the year on the bench waiting.

Tua, not Lawrence, set a record this season for passing efficiency.

Tua played 7 on 7 most of the year, when he played the better Ds it showed.

You are still the worst Bama poster. Glad you’re still banned from the Bama board.

Tua is far better than Lawrence

I’m sorry but you are just wrong on every level here. Lawrence is a prototypical NFL QB. Tua is not.

Yep the only difference between Lawrence and Tua is his OL protected him. He had all day long to throw.

That’s just complete BS. He had the pocket awareness to move with his line. Tua doesn’t have that. Tua’s first instinct is to abandon the pocket and try to roll out and throw. Lawrence sticks in there and goes through the progressions like a damn pro.

Saban is about winning at all costs. His players are just pawns for him to sacrifice as it suits him.

He and Bammer deserve each other.

Alabama played more top 25 teams than anyone in the playoffs. The idea the schedule was very hard is not accurate based on facts.

This is a troll post.
Tua was injured but every team plays guys who aren’t 100 percent at that point in a season, especially with a national championship on the line.
Tua wasn’t soft. He wasn’t 100 percent. And Bama wasn’t the better team. The truth is that Tua had a bad game and Clemson had a great game.
Clemson deserved the win.
A new season starts in about 8 months. Until then, I will be grateful for a great season, an SEC title and a damn good chance to win it all when toe meets leather again.

Can’t argue that point. The schedule will be awful. Embarrassing even. Opening with Duke is ridiculous.
Sucks that LSU won’t be able to do much to improve that.

Head to head as in competition between two people / teams. In that head to head matchup the winner was Lawrence. And it wasn’t even close.

And I don’t want to hear about Tua’s injuries unless you can round up the surgeon and drag his arse to the rant for his professional opinion. Without the doc it’s all bullshite. Whatever Tua showed up is what Clemson made a hood ornament out of. You sound so pathetic making excuses like this John.

I agree Tua is not better than Trevor by far. Let us remember Trevor is a true freshmen but I would give Tua the edge overall as of now. However Trevor may, may have a slightly higher ceiling due to his huge size advantage.

Tua may likely be the first qb taken next year and numerous NFL scouts are saying exactly that while Trevor may likely be the first qb or player taken overall after his junior season.

I wouldn't trade Tua for anyone and I wouldn't trade Trevor for anyone if I were a Clemson fan.

Inexperienced players, inexperienced coaching and injuries finally caught up to Bama. That along with Clemson having great experience relative to its depth chart and coaching staff were the deciding factors in the game.

Those factors manifested primarily via mental mistakes, mental toughness, execution and game preparation. Congrats to Clemson!

Bama will be back in the hunt next year. Anyone thinking otherwise is simply full of bovine waste!!

Bama had the best 14-0 season of all time(better than Clemson's) and then became complacent and lazy after beating the frick out of OU. Including Tua. His mistakes were completely out of character and a result after thinking he already won after upstaging the Heisman.

The knee jerk reactions of this are insane.

TigerCat33 actually it was close!!

Tua 22/34 295 2 tds and 2 picks

Trevor 20/32 345 3 tds 0 picks

Trevor had better protection by far and three!! three!! of Trevors biggest passes were off of Bama mistakes such as Savion laying down on the field, Mack Wilson running at the rb on that screen pass like a damned gorilla just being set free from 25 years of capitivity and the blown coverage on 3rd and 14, the super simple seam pass in the first quarter which was another Savion sellout.

So the reality is Tua had a very good game and Trevor benefitted from Bama's mistakes which will not happen again. Those are the facts! Clemson earned the win and enjoy your win but DON'T COME OVER HERE WITH YOUR BS. Keep it real!
