If I am not mistaken, didn't the NCAA restrict possible portal transfers to two periods, Dec. & Jan. ? Of course, that won't keep the agents from doing what they all do, cheat. And start working behind the scenes, which will only fuel the rumors.

I’m from louisiana, lived in both Dallas and Houston. I would say this to be fair; frick Texas however, racism is lower in texas than all other southern states, the drugs can be a vice or virtue depending on who your asking, Now the Gay. They’re winning the Gay marathon by light years.
